At the conclusion of services, we may be asked to return or dispose of our stored documents, if permitted under applicable law. Gobbi Legal shall not be liable to any party for the loss or damage of documents resulting from circumstances beyond the control of Gobbi Legal such as, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, pestilence, Acts of State, or omissions of parties not acting under the direction or supervision of Gobbi Legal.
Pickup and Delivery
Gobbi Legal provides professional pick-up & drop-off services for legal papers at your home & business in Phoenix, AZ, area and surrounding communities. Pick-up & drop-off times are scheduled in advance and confirmed with the client. Clients are expected to be available at the agreed time and place. Gobbi Legal uses all commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the risks associated with the transport of documents; however, client agrees to adequately package items for pick-up when required.
Legal Consultation and Stipulations
Gobbi Legal Document Services specializes in services relating to filing and record keeping of vehicle-related documents, regularization of vehicles, and related legal compliance. Gobbi Legal Document Services employs experienced legal document preparers. Gobbi Legal Document Services does not provide legal representation services in court or any other type of litigation, except where a written agreement indicates otherwise. Gobbi Legal Document Services does not provide tax, financial, or investment advice. All clients are encouraged to seek independent professional legal, accounting, or financial advice relating to matters that are not specifically within the scope of services provided by Gobbi Legal Document Services.

Cancellation, Refund and Termination Policy

Cancellations are subject to fees depending upon the stage of service being performed and costs already incurred. If any refund applies, it will be issued within 14 business days in accordance with our Refund Policy. Gobbi Legal may refuse or discontinue services to any client not complying with these Terms of Service or who fails to make proper payment and/or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct. No refund shall apply for services already provided.

Entire Agreement
